Your First-Time Login Guide for the Online Member Directory 2.0
Logging in with Your Email Address
For most users, logging in with your email is the easiest way to get started.
Step 1: Try “Forgot Password” FIRST
- Go to the OMD homepage and click Login.
- On the next screen, enter the email address you you had listed in your directory, click Sign In.
- On the third screen (where you would usually enter your password), click the “Forgot Password” link.
After you verify your email, If you get an error message (meaning the system couldn’t find your email) move on to Step 2.
Step 2: New Sign up
If the password recovery failed, it means the system doesnt recognize you. Return to the homepage and click on the “Don’t have an Account yet? Sign up by Email” link under the login button.
- Follow the on-screen steps to verify your email and set up your new account password. Once complete, you will be automatically taken to your directory.
Logging in with Your Phone Number
This option is perfect for members who have a mobile phone number listed in the directory but do not have an email address.
Since phone logins are new, everyone signing in this way for the first time must start by clicking “Sign Up.”
Step 1: Choose “Sign Up”
- Enter your mobile phone number, wait for a verification code to be texted to you, and enter the code to complete the sign-up.
️ Join with an Invite Code (Final Option)
If the Forgot Password attempt and the standard Sign Up process (for either Email or Phone) were unsuccessful in connecting you to your membership, you can use the official invite code provided by your organization.
- Use the “Join Directory” option on the login screen and enter the provided invite code.
Important: If you use this method and suspect you already had an entry in the old OMD, please notify your Directory Admin. They may need to disable the old record to prevent duplication.
