The App Update is Coming

We’ve received numerous calls and emails about the Online Member Directory (OMD) app not working. The good news is that the new version of the OMD app will be available in the coming days. This is not a new download, but an update that will be pushed through the Google Play and Apple App Stores. You’ll simply need to update the app on your device if prompted.

The previous version of the app is non-functional. If you’ve been trying to access it, you may have noticed the “Error in Request” message. This is due to our recent move to an entirely new directory system servers on September 11th.

No More Mobilecode!

One of the best new features is that this improved app does not require a mobile code. Your login for the app is the same as your login for the web directory. Just enter your credentials and you will be taken directly to your directory.

Moving forward, the app and the web directory will function exactly the same, providing a consistent and seamless experience across all your devices.
